Short description of nature and quantity or value of supplies or services:
Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a set of framework agreements for responsive and planned building maintenance and minor & major project works up to a value of £500,000 across Norfolk and adjoining counties. 

Contract term:
The initial length of the framework is for 24 months with a possible extension of a further 24 months subject to satisfactory performance. 

The invitation to tender invites tenders for the following Lots:
Lot 1:  Responsive maintenance and minor works on a day work basis up to £5,000.
Lot 2:  Construction works and planned maintenance from £5,001 to £100,000.
Lot 3:  Construction works and planned maintenance from £100,001 to £500,000.

These meetings will commence at 10am and will last for approximately 90 minutes, if at all possible we will hope to run a second meeting at 11:30.
